Your Insurance Can't Make You Use Their Shop
Under California Insurance Code §758.5, your insurance company cannot require you to take your car to a specific body shop. Insurers often steer you to their "preferred" shops because those shops work under the insurer's pricing agreements.
GLG Auto Collision is independent. We aren't on any insurer's preferred list, so we work for you: we write the estimate your car actually needs, submit supplements for hidden damage, and push for the factory repair procedures and parts your car deserves.

Insurance Claim Questions
No. California Insurance Code §758.5 says your insurer cannot require you to use a specific repair shop. You can choose GLG Auto Collision even if your insurer has already suggested another shop.
Yes. We work with the other driver's insurance the same way we work with yours. Bring us the claim number, or we'll help you get it.
Yes. If your policy includes rental coverage, we arrange the rental for you. If it doesn't, we provide a free loaner car, subject to availability and an approved claim.
Our workmanship and paint on the repairs we perform, for as long as you own the vehicle.
That's common. Once we take the car apart we often find damage the first estimate missed. We document it and submit a supplement to your insurer, so the repair is done right instead of cut short.
